Seaside Vacations is a full-service property management and vacation rental home company committed to providing excellence in vacation rental management to each of our guests and owners. Seaside Vacations is proud to provide Outer Banks visitors with a variety of privately-owned vacation residences in the area. Our homes range from 1-bedroom condominiums to 14-bedroom estates, from soundfront to oceanfront, from Corolla to Nags Head. Our Perfect Vacation Promise
1. All employees are courteous, professional and knowledgeable. If an employee does not know the answer to your question, he / she will find the answer for you. You will always be greeted with a smile and treated with genuine respect. All Seaside Vacations employees choose a great attitude when they come to work.
2. Your vacation time is valuable. Our check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. If the home is not available by 6:00 PM, we will give you $50 per hour for each hour beyond 6:00 PM.
3. "Clean House Guarantee:" When you arrive at your Seaside Vacations home, we intend for your rental home to be clean. If you find anything that needs our attention, we’ll be there to remedy it within two hours or we’ll give you $100, provided we receive your call before 7:00 PM. Calls received after 7:00 PM will be addressed the next morning.
4. All beds (with the exceptions of trundles and bunks) are made for you with clean, sanitized sheets. Two Personal Towel Sets are provided for every double, queen and king bed (one set per bunk and trundle). Seaside Vacations also provides a kitchen towel, two hot pads, and a fresh bath mat in every bathroom, as well as a starter supply of two rolls of toilet paper and two bars of soap. If an accident occurs and a clean set of sheets is needed, we will deliver the replacement set at no charge.
5. Every home managed by Seaside Vacations is privately owned. Seaside Vacations provides pool and spa service for approximately 50% of the homes we manage. All Seaside Vacations pool and spa professionals are Certified Pool Operators. In the event that you experience trouble with a pool or spa serviced by Seaside Vacations, we will respond the day the problem is reported (provided the issue is reported before 12:00 PM; if the issue is reported after 12:00 PM, we will visit your pool or spa the next morning). If the pool or spa at the home is not serviced by Seaside Vacations, we will place a service call to the appropriate vendor and follow up to make sure the problem is addressed. If for any reason, the outside vendor does not respond in a timely fashion, a Seaside Vacations technician will service the pool or spa within 36 hours.
6. Although all items found in the home are kept in good working order, it is possible that an appliance may malfunction during your stay. If something does not work, we work hard to get your vacation back on track as soon as possible. Our maintenance staff will immediately place the appropriate service request and call you back with a status report. Any home that experiences a major appliance outage for more than 36 hours is offered credit to compensate for the inconvenience.
7. If a true safety issue makes your vacation home uninhabitable, you will be moved to another home.
8. We’re happy to answer questions you have before, during and even after your vacation. We want to be your family’s vacation partner for years to come. Please feel free to contact us with any question regarding area attractions, dining, fishing, beaches, weather and more.
9. Our 24 hour, 7 day a week guest emergency line is provided to handle true emergencies. Lightening strikes, water leaks and other true emergencies should be reported on our emergency phone line. In the unlikely event that you lock yourself out of your home, we promise to get you back into your home quickly. If you need medical or police assistance, do not call the guest emergency line. Call 911. Be sure to have the street address of the home you are staying in available. Rescue services do not know our homes by name or internal Seaside Vacations home number. We will then follow up to see if we can be of further assistance.
